The role of personality.
Injecting real people into the show, with a little drama.
The recent 'report' piece 'Be you. There's nought else like it.' makes clear the value of authenticity. And, over at Innerpreneur Ventures we've written openly about the role of personality in what we're doing.
And, hardly unexpectedly, it's of course something we've carried through into this into, our first project.
Whilst many in business aim for big dollars based on impersonal associations, we're 'personality positioning' ourselves to do ok with fewer-and-deeper relationships than some would consider wise.
Pushed to explain this further, I'd likely plump for something like…
There's nothing wrong with having some fun while pointing out rock-solid fundamentals of doing good business and having a better life'.
As so many business are 'personality-free zones', we're firmly pursuing difference by injecting 'real people' into the show with a little drama.
All things considered… it's a good move, with absolutely no downsides, and one big 'up'—I get to retreat to a background role where I can be my natural grumpy self without pissing-off too many people.
